Big Bear Lake

Big Bear Lake is one of the most popular lakes on the west coast and is located in Southern California. It is most well-known for the fantastic weather during the summer, as it gets pretty snowy when winter rolls around. Many people use the lake for water sports, including wakeboarding, jet skiing, kayaking, and more. If you’re an angler, you’ll love the ability to catch a variety of different fish, including bluegill, catfish, rainbow trout, and others.

Beyond the fish and activities, our true love for Big Bear comes from the social aspect. Boaters here are very friendly and are always down to make friends!

Lake Tahoe

Though a bit tucked away in the northeast corner of California, Lake Tahoe is one of the most gorgeous places in the state. Boat lovers gawk over the clear, blue waters, which offer the ability to take on all kinds of water sports. Surrounding the lake is a lush, green forest landscape, which provides a wonderful place for hiking, mountain biking, and exploring during the summer. Once you’re done with a long day of boating, you can head into the city to enjoy the lively nightlife, exciting shops, and one-of-a-kind casinos.

Lake Havasu

Lake Havasu is one of the most popular lakes on the west coast for party-goers. It’s also an excellent place to bring sports boats. Unlike the first two lakes that we mentioned, Lake Havasu has a unique desert landscape that surrounds it. Water sports are very popular here, so make sure to bring your jet skis or tubes! With its close proximity to large Arizona colleges, such as Arizona State University, it is a very popular destination for spring breakers. If you’re not a fan of party crowds, we recommend that you stray away during this time.
