Fiberglass Cutter & Grinder
Monterey & Blackfin Boats is currently recruiting for an experienced Cutter/Grinder to work on our fiberglass boats.
We are hosting a Job Fair on Tuesday 8/18/2026 from 8:30am to 10:30am, so come out and join us!
Employees are responsible for trimming and grinding all rough fiberglass and making necessary cuts and through holes for assembly installation.
Entry pay starts at $18.00 per hour and a $500 incentive pay after completing 90 days.
Production Assembler
