Monterey & Blackfin Boats is currently recruiting fiberglass laminators. Experience is preferred but on the job training is available. As a Fiberglass Laminator, you will be integral to the manufacturing process, utilizing your hands-on skills to create high-quality fiberglass parts for our boats.

Ideal candidates must be able to:

• meet the attendance requirements of a FT position

• work well with others

• work overtime as required (mornings, afternoons, weekends)

• work in lamination

Jobs are full-time, day positions with normal work hours of 5am to 3:45pm, Monday through Thursday. Overtime may be required to meet production requirements. .

Post-offer, pre-employment testing includes drug testing. Baseline hearing and pulmonary function tests may be required with some positions.
