Monterey & Blackfin Boats is currently recruiting for Fiberglass Repair Workers (Patchers). The Fiberglass Repair Worker determines techniques needed to repair defects on fiberglass parts and preps, patches, sprays, buffs and finishes defect areas.

The ideal candidate must be able to handle a fast-paced, production environment while maintaining both quality and safety. Minimum 1 year experience required; preferably in the marine industry.

You will be patching and fixing imperfections with fiberglass boats. Sanding and polishing may be required.

An Auto Body technician usually transitions well for this.

Pay:  $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
