Monterey & Blackfin Boats is currently recruiting Fiberglass Repair Workers (Patchers). The Fiberglass Repair Worker determines techniques needed to repair defects on fiberglass parts and preps, patches, sprays and finishes defect areas.

The ideal candidate must be able to handle a fast-paced, production environment while maintaining both quality and safety. Minimum 1 year experience required; preferably in the marine industry. An Auto Body technician usually transitions well for this.

Job Type: Full-time 10 hour shift, Monday through Thursday from 5:00am - 3:45pm

Pay: Starting $15.50 per hour
