Sales of 15-foot or greater powerboats are still going strong, and here at Monterey Boats we are optimistic the trend will continue for 2012. Consumer confidence is up and our boat show season is not over yet! Stop by one of our dealers and find out which new model you can't live without.

Our next scheduled show is the 27th Annual Palm Beach International Boat Show, March 22 - 25, in Florida. It is one of the Top Ten Boat Shows in the United States - featuring more than $350 million worth of boats, yachts and accessories from the world’s leading marine manufacturers. Prepare to be impressed!

The event includes hundreds of boats from powerboats, fishing boats, center consoles and bowriders, to superyachts over 150 feet. Both show entrances off Flagler Drive are waterfront, at Evernia and North Clematis Streets.

Monterey's 2012 224FSX and 264FS models will be on display. We invite you to stop by South Florida Yachts, our Lake Park dealer, and meet their team. South Florida Yachts is one of the mainstays of the Florida yacht brokerage industry, based in the region for more than 22 years. With offices in Palm Beach and Miami, located directly in the heart of yachting, South Florida Yachts proudly represents the Monterey line of yachts.

"Because Monterey Boats has established itself as a true frontrunner when it comes to designing, developing, engineering, and building superior boats for the conscientious marine consumer," South Florida Yachts states that they are proud to represent our "full range of powerboats including the Sports Boat Collection from the 184FS to the 264FSC ... the M Series from the M3 to the extreme M5MSX ... the 328 Supersport ... and the full range of cruisers and Sport Yachts from the 260 SCR right up to the 400 Sport Yacht.

In addition to breathtaking boats, yachts and accessories, the Palm Beach International Boat Show is offering a free app you can download. MyBoatShow is the official event app and is ideal for visitors needing help with navigating the show and finding the desired boats and marine products. There is also a newsletter you can sign up for which covers boat reviews, new products, boat show news and helpful tips.

The IGFA School of Sportfishing will be hosting eight 'mini-sessions' with some of the area's best Captains and professional anglers. While checking out the latest gadgets, anglers will also be able to pick up tips and tricks from eight of the most experienced fishermen on the water. The Kids' Fishing Clinics are open to all children ages 4-16, who will receive a free rod reel upon completion of all learning stations.

The City of West Palm Beach is a sunny splendor of palm-lined streets, scenic waterfronts, great shopping and year-round festivals. A visit to the downtown retail and entertainment district will not disappoint! Elegance and luxurious comfort are the hallmarks of this slice of paradise.

Admission to the show is: $14 at the gate for adults, $12 tickets online, Children (6-15), $5 at the gate, and $3 online.
