Seared Ahi Tuna

Have you ever tried seared ahi tuna? We have and we love it! Check out this great recipe from allrecipes.com! Your friends are sure to be impressed!
Ingredients:
- Ahi Tuna Steaks (2- 5 Oz)
- Kosher Salt, 1 Tsp
- Cayenne Pepper, 1/4 Tsp
- Butter, 1/2 Tbs
- Olive Oil, 2 Tbs
- Peppercorns, 1 Tsp
Directions
Combine salt and cayenne pepper, season the steaks
Heat a skillet on a medium-high heat setting, then add butter and olive oil, and melt. Add peppercorns into the skillet and cook until they pop and open, this should take about 5 minutes. Add in tuna steaks and cook until desired temperature. For rare tastes, cook one to two minutes each side.
