Savory Salmon Burgers
We’re mixing things up tonight with salmon burgers from Real Simple! The time from the kitchen to the table is just 35-minues! Pair the burgers with delicious sweet potato fries! Top your burgers off with sautéed spinach, fresh cucumber and onion or another great vegetable!

- Salmon, 2 Lbs
- Egg Whites, 2
- Dijon Mustard, 1 Tbs
- Breadcrumbs, ½ C
- Fresh Dill, 2 Tbs (Chopped)
- Salt, Kosher
- Olive Oil, 2 Tbs
- Buns, 4 ( Brioche or preferred)
Pre-Heat grill on medium
Chop salmon into fine pieces, and pour into a large ziploc bag, and use a rolling pin.
Once salmon is thouroughly mashed pour it into a large aluminum bowl, and mix in egg whites, breadcrumbs, dijon mustard, ½ tsp of salt and dill.
Create ¾ inch thick patties
Grill patties for four to five minutes each side
