It's the most wonderful time of the year for buying a boat. The winter boat shows are about to kick into high gear and experts agree the offseason is the best time to buy a boat. Remember to stop by and visit us at the Monterey Boat exhibit, we think you'll like what you see.



The prime winter boat show season is from January to March and by buying a boat at a show, or at a dealer right after a show, you'll have plenty of time to get it ready to go in the water for the spring. Boat shows are a great time to see all the boats together, and we think Monterey Boats stand up well to the competition.



If you have never been to a boat show, or are still new to them, here are some tips:



-- Don't limit yourself to one show. If you can go to several, that would be great. The more you see, the more knowledgeable you will become of what new boats are available.



-- Boat shows are there for you, not the manufacturers. Take full advantage of what they have to offer. Remember to bring a camera and take pictures of what you like. And don't forget to pick up a brochure from Monterey Boats.



-- Aboat show also is a great place to find the dealer with whom you want to do business. Don't be shy. Our dealers love talking about Monterey Boats and all they have to offer. It's also a good time to start negotiating on the purchase of a new boat, and finding out what the dealer can offer you.
