It’s “SHOWTIME”!

Its 11:00 pm, you are still hard at it. The boats are moved in and all in place. You’ve been slinging carpet, drilling holes and screwing staging together for hours. You’ve been hard at it since 7:00 am; your efforts are beginning to show progress and the display is coming together nicely. It’s almost complete! Vacuum, move in the furniture, arrange the plants, check all the lighting and take one last look before you leave to call it a night. Whew…tomorrow is another day. It is a “behind the scenes” job that lays the foundation of the entire display that thousands of visitors to the boat show will never catch a glimpse of.

Our set-up crew does this time and time again every year. This year something very special happened. The Monterey Boats boat show set-up crew was awarded the “2012 Best Boat Display” at the Tampa Boat Show!
