This week we are gearing up for a trip to the west coast to visit our dealer Marine Specialties located in Sparks, Nevada! Sparks is a great town nestled along the Truckee River of Nevada. While we are there we will explore a farmers market, enjoy a drive in movie, and take a wild horse tour. If you’re looking for more to do while visiting Sparks, Reno and Lake Tahoe are just a short drive away!

Shirley’s Farmers Market is a great way to kick off the weekend in Sparks! It takes place every Thursday evening from 3 to 8 pm in Victorian Square. There are a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, fresh baked goods and meals available to enjoy! If you’re not interested in eating at the market we definitely recommend picking up a few home made products to enjoy when you arrive back home.

When we found out about the El Rancho Drive-In Movie Theater, we knew we could not pass this opportunity up! They offer all of the latest Hollywood blockbusters on a great big screen. The theater has popcorn available for purchase, but don’t forget to pick up candy and drinks on the way there!

Our last stop before visiting our dealer Marine Specialties is Sonny Boys Wild Horse Tours! You and your family will have a fantastic time observing wild American mustangs in their natural habitat. It’s about a three hour via four-wheel drive SUVs throughout the American West. Keep an eye out on Groupon and Livingsocial for tour deals!
