On an episode of “BBQ with Bobby Flay,” they featured a great recipe for grilled scallops and linguine! The recipe has a great lemon pepper flavor and is incredibly light and healthy! We highly suggest trying it out on the grill this week!
You may want to slice a few additional lemons and toss them on the grill next to the scallops, using them as a garnish for extra flavor!

- Scallops, 3 Lbs
- Olive Oil, 5 Tbs
- Salt, 1 Tsp
- Black Pepper, 1 Tsp
- Lemon Pepper, 1 ½ Tbs
Dry scallops, and sprinkle with olive oil, make sure to coat thoroughly. Use salt, black pepper, and lemon pepper to season scallops. Place into refrigerator on tray.
