Monterey Boats NMMA Customer Satisfaction Award Winner!

Williston, FL- Monterey Boats is pleased to announce for the 15^th year in a row they are the recipients of the 2019 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award for Excellence in Customer Satisfaction. During the NMMA Innovation Breakfast on Friday, February 14^th at the 2020 Progressive Insurance Miami International Boat Show, Monterey Boats was presented with the 2019 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award for Excellence in Customer Satisfaction for Cruisers, Cuddy and Express Cruisers, Bowriders and Fiberglass Outboard boats. This year marks 25 awards that Monterey has received over the past 15 years in customer satisfaction from the NMMA.

The Marine Industry CSI Award honors manufacturers that actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better serve the consumer. Award recipients achieved and maintained an independently measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction over the past year, based on returned survey results provided by consumers purchasing a new boat during the period between January 1st, 2019 and December 31st, 2019.
