The next stop in our Waterfront Dining series is along the Eastern Coast of the United States.  East Coast dining is heavily influenced by seafood with dishes featuring lobster, crab and an array of delicious fish. We’re sure that by the end of this review you and your first mate will be running towards your Monterey!

FLORIDA
Whether you’re in Key West or Cape Canaveral you’ll be dining on some of the freshest seafood Florida has to offer. Cape Canaveral is popular for the Common Snook, Fat Snook and the Cobia. Local flavors include bacon wrapped shrimp, surf and turf dishes as well as Bahamian fish chowders. Some dining locations even allow you to dock in your Monterey. Another option is heading on up the coast to historic St. Augustine to dine on local specialties such as butternut grouper, flounder and lightly fried shrimp.
