Special Guests at this year’s show include ‘Swamp Cuzzins’ from the Swamp People® series on History®, the internationally-televised show that claims four million avid viewers! Austyn Yoches and Blake McDonald are cousins and best friends who call the Atchafalaya Swamp in south Louisiana home, the largest swamp in the United States. Growing up on the river, they now live on a houseboat they built under the direction of their grandfather, who taught them everything they know about surviving in this environment.

You can also meet Houston Oilers Quarterback Dan Pastorini, who will be signing autographs on Saturday and Sunday from 1-4 pm. Known as a tough quarterback throughout his NFL career, Dan Pastorini’s family background is in the restaurant business. From professional athlete to culinary artist, Dan Pastorini continues to make his mark with a new Texas-style seasoning for grilling – Dan Pastorini’s Texas Style Rub.

The Bass Tub also returns this year, with professional fisherman Chuck Devereaux demonstrating a variety of techniques for casting and retrieval. See a big bass striking a lure in the giant 5,000-gallon Bass Tub aquarium, which offers views from both sides and stands nine feet tall!
