Monterey Boats Recognized with NMMA Customer Satisfaction Award!

Williston, FL- Monterey Boats is pleased to announce for the 18^th year in a row that they are the recipients of the 2022 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award for Excellence in Customer Satisfaction. Monterey Boats was presented with the 2022 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award for Excellence in Customer Satisfaction for Sterndrive Bowriders and Fiberglass Outboard boats during the NMMA’s State of the Recreational Boating Industry & Awards Presentation held on Thursday February 16^th, 2023. This year marks the 18^th consecutive year that Monterey has received the Customer Satisfaction Award from the NMMA.

The Marine Industry CSI Award honors manufacturers that actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better serve the consumer. Award recipients achieved and maintained an independently measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction over the past year, based on returned survey results provided by consumers purchasing a new boat during the period between January 1st, 2022 and December 31st, 2022.
