Williston, FL- Monterey Boats is pleased to announce for the 16^th year in a row that they are the recipients of the 2020 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award for Excellence in Customer Satisfaction. Monterey Boats was presented with the 2020 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award for Excellence in Customer Satisfaction for Cuddy and Express Cruisers, Bowriders and Fiberglass Outboard boats during the NMMA’s State of the Recreational Boating Industry & Awards Presentation webinar held on Thursday, March 4^th, 2021. This year marks the 16^th consecutive year that Monterey has received the Customer Satisfaction Award from the NMMA.

The Marine Industry CSI Award honors manufacturers that actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better serve the consumer. Award recipients achieved and maintained an independently measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction over the past year, based on returned survey results provided by consumers purchasing a new boat during the period between January 1st, 2020 and December 31st, 2020.
