Williston, FL-- During the Innovation Breakfast on Friday, February 15^th at the 2019 Progressive Insurance Miami International Boat Show, Monterey Boats was presented with the 2018 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award for Excellence in Customer Satisfaction. Monterey Boats was recognized for our Cruisers, Cuddy’s, large and small Bowriders and our Fiberglass Outboard boats.

This year marks 22 awards that Monterey has received over the past 14 years in customer satisfaction from the NMMA, and once again Monterey Boats has made a clean sweep receiving an award in all 3 categories that Monterey builds!

The Marine Industry CSI Award honors manufacturers that actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better serve the consumer. Award recipients achieved and maintained an independently-measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction over the past year, based on returned survey results provided by consumers purchasing a new boat during the period between January 1st, 2018 and December 31st, 2018.
