Monterey and Blackfin Boats are recruiting for a sewing machine operator.  We are looking for someone:

This is a full time position. Monday through Thursday from 5:00am to 3:45pm. Must be willing to work overtime as needed.

Rate of pay starts at $15.50 per hour with a 90 day review and and an annual review as well. 

Responsibilities include:

• Set up and operate industrial sewing machine.
• Install bobbins, needles and guide plates to accommodate different fabric and pattern types and create assorted stitching patterns .
• Produce sewn, finished articles by following patterns and instructions that typically change with each project.
• Maintain inventory or materials and tools.
• Monitor for imperfections in material or threads.
• Notify supervisor if a mistake in pattern or work instruction is discovered.
