Monterey & Blackfin Boats is currently looking to add an experienced, production Mill Worker to our team.

We are looking for someone:

• with a good work ethic
• who works well with others
• who can read a measuring tape, use a table saw, miter saw, chop saw, band saw, hand router, staple gun, and corrugated fastener gun
• who has basic building and construction skills

This is a full-time position Monday - Friday from 6am - 2:45pm. Must be willing to work overtime as needed to complete daily production requirements. When overtime is required the shift may begin at 5am or occur on Saturday morning. Minimum 1 year experience required. Production experience a definite plus.
