Monterey & Blackfin Boats is currently looking to add a Marine Rigger/Outboard Installer to our team.

We are looking for someone:

• with a strong work ethic

• able to work independently

• able to meet the attendance requirements of a full-time job

• proficient in outboard installs

• confident in engine rigging

• with strong marine background

• with basic 12v knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:

• Preferably 3 Years experience
• Preferably Mercury Trained
• ABYC Knowledge or certification

This is a full-time position Monday - Friday from 6am - 2:45pm. Must be willing to work overtime as needed to complete daily production requirements. Overtime can occur before shift, after shift and on Saturdays.
