The world headquarters of Monterey Boats is located in picturesque north Central Florida, approximately 90 minutes north of Orlando in Williston, Florida. Two main manufacturing plants (one for sport boats, the other for cruisers and sport yachts) comprise a total of 500,000 square feet of manufacturing space situated on 80 acres adjacent to the Williston Airport. With more than 500 full time boat builders, Monterey is the largest private employer in Levy County.

The factory and world headquarters is strategically and centrally located less than an hours drive from both the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean. Additionally, Monterey has a separate research and development facility in Cape Canaveral, right on the Atlantic coast. This allows Monterey to prototype, test and sea trial its boats in the harshest and most unforgiving environments… the salt water on each side of the Florida peninsula.
